One address, and it genuinely receives: info@maatron.dev.
It covers questions about the service, commercial enquiries, defect reports, and requests to exercise your rights over your data. Publishing several channels, some of which would bounce, would be worth less than publishing a single one that works.
No form, and that is deliberate
This page collects nothing. A contact form would record personal data — name, address, message content — which requires a legal basis, a retention period and an entry in the register of processing activities. Until the service has those, writing directly is more honest than an input field suggesting an organised process behind it.
Your message therefore stays in your mailbox and in ours, without passing through any third party beyond those already listed in Data Processing Agreement.
Exercising your rights over your data
Access, rectification, portability, erasure, withdrawal of consent: the procedure and the deadlines are set out in Privacy policy. Requests reach the same address.
Please name the organisation concerned: the service is multi-tenant, and a request that does not name it cannot be handled unambiguously.
Billing and subscription
Billing, renewal and refund terms are set out in Billing and refunds.
Payment method, invoices and cancellation are handled from the customer portal reachable in your organisation's subscription screen — we have no access to your card details.
